Exchange and Returns Policy

PARAGON EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We are dedicated to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered please notify us within 6 hours of the delivery. We will not be able to accept damaged/defective, wrong product shipped if we have been notified later than 6 hours from receipt of the package. Return of these products must be made within 15 days of delivery date

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner

REFUNDS

We will process the refund once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.

If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account

Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Please add your Bank detail (Account Holders Name: (Same as billing name), Bank Name:, Account No:, Account Type:, IFSC Code) so that we can transfer the money in your account. Please ensure that the detail that you enter is correct. Paragon will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient. Refunds for COD orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

Typically refunds are processed in less than 14 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be upto to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the reference of www.paragonfootwear.com refund process reference.

SIZING PROBLEM

We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a sizing issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Post the return, the exchange will be sent to your address within 7-10 days unless specified otherwise.
